Inside Out 2
Inside Out 2 is a great sequel in my opinion. The way it captures what being a teenager is like is amazing! I love the storyline and the new emotions are really cool. I also like how each new emotion is a counterpart of a core emotion. For disgust it’s envy, for sadness it’s embarrassment, for fear it’s anxiety and there’s also ennui, I don’t know who’s counterpart she is but it’s either anger or joy. Pixar could make a third movie but the console might get a bit crowded. I guess the new emotions could step back, like shown at the beginning of the movie when anxiety is shown in the main control room and Riley’s mum’s sadness emotion says this “Welcome back, anxiety!”. Overall I think the movie is great and I wish Pixar made more movies like this. I will give Inside Out 2 a solid rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars.
